Strategic Account Manager – Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager will be a key leader and cross-functional peer in Marketing, Operation, Customer service, and Technology functions to manage our sales and channel execution to deliver revenue growth and new client acquisition in Indonesia.

The ideal candidate will be a business driver with an excellent understanding of the SaaS business in Indonesia. Experience in managing large clients will be an advantage.

The role will require a combination of strong financial, business development, and account management skills.

Job Description

Performance Management

    • Develop, maintain, and update budgets and forecasts for the assigned territory in Indonesia.
    • Develop Quarterly Business Plan and Responsible for B2B Revenue, New Business (Clients and Partners) Growth, and Customer Satisfaction
    • Ensure all clients and channels are successfully onboarded on time and within budget

Relationship Management

    • Responsible for partner relationship development, mainly in clients, and partners
    • Serve as the “face of Knowledge Catalyst” and represent the Company in public/private events and as the key point of contact for each assigned account
    • Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their objectives are being met and that their business is retained.
    • Ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers.
    • Ability to draw insights from internal and external data for own categories and related channel distributor

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience in an Internet Startup and demonstrated successful track records in acquiring new B2B clients in Indonesia.
  • Strong commercial both Bahasa and English as well as client-facing abilities
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset

Digital Marketing Specialist – Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Specialist will be the key go-to-person for developing and implementing strategies to increase exposure on all of our social media platforms by generating and sharing content that builds meaningful conversations with target audiences.

You’ll work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure that social content is planned and produced aligns with broader business and marketing objectives.

Job Description

  • Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing, including our marketing database, email, and campaigns;
  • Project manage content and advertising campaigns from strategy through to delivery across the social media platform;
  • Identify the latest trends affecting our industry and find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity for the campaign and its content;
  • Develop an optimal social posting schedule, and evaluate engagement metrics and target audience.;
  • Create engaging text, image and video content for social media including creative ways to attract new consumers such as contests and promotions that align with brand objectives;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of social media efforts by ensuring alignment in communications across the channels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Social Media at a technology company or digital ad media industry is preferred
  • Interested and always keep up with the development of education in Indonesia.
  • Proven track record of delivering strong social media results
  • Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Tik Tok, and Instagram)
  • A good eye for design, and knowledge of design best practices
  • Copywriting, Social Media Management, Content Marketing, Storytelling Experience
  • Able to communicate and write in English

Head of Engineering

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Engineering will ideally have experience in building scalable systems and demonstrated 3 – 4 full life cycles of commercial projects. He will primarily be responsible for Developing the entire application lifecycle, focusing on architecture quality and efficiency, and has strong interpersonal and communication skills in managing remote teams.

Candidates with exposure to Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning and/or BlockChain is highly preferred.

Job Description

  • Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features Hands-on Design and development experience on Microservices and Restful API
  • Review code inclusive of efficient and reusable front-end infrastructure and components
  • Interacts and engages with consumers/users and involves technical support teams in understanding the needs of the consumer/user
  • Researches and evaluates new methodologies and technologies that improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the Front End team/software development systems and processes.
  • Lead a small team, coach through reviews and feedback, support team to growth & help team to raise the capacity, skills, and quality through proper execution.
  • Communicate and give feedback and solutions with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Establish and promote best practices, and educate others by presenting original concepts in departmental knowledge sharing meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the algorithm, create and maintain a robust framework to support the mobile/web deployment;
  • Strong experience building Complex Mobile Application using React JS, Angular JS, HTML5, CSS, PHP, Cordova, Swift, and JavaScript consuming RESTful APIs and JSON;
  • Strong grasp over logical processes, data structures, database-related processes, validation of users requirement and server configuration to optimize the system performances;
  • Have experience with modern software development tools for Continuous Integration including Jenkins, Git/BitBucket, Jira
  • Good understanding of horizontal concerns within the application (logging, request/response tracking, security, storage);
  • Good understanding of compliance (PCI, HIPAA, ISO2700);
  • Solid skills in debugging and provide optimal solutions in problem-solving;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any other relevant field
  • Able to communicate and write in English
