Product Manager

About the Role:

The Product Manager at Knowledge Catalyst will play a pivotal role in shaping our B2B enterprise software, bridging the gap between business strategy, technology, and user needs. You will own the product lifecycle from end-to-end, defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product or a set of features. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution to deliver solutions that solve real customer problems and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a clear product vision and prioritized roadmap based on market analysis, user research, and business goals.
  • Execute user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify and validate user needs and market opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end product development process, from writing clear user stories and managing the backlog to collaborating with engineering and design teams.
  • Define and track product metrics with data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize the product.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, effectively communicating with stakeholders, and aligning engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices for product discovery and delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B enterprise software, understanding the unique complexities of this market.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making, including a strong understanding of product metrics.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
