You need not open the attachments in your email to view your HealthCerts. Simply click on the respective link we have provided or scan the respective QR code in our email to view a digital copy of your notarized or pre-notarized HealthCerts. You can then print a copy of your notarized or pre-notarized HealthCerts.
Please contact the clinic that had performed your Pre-Departure Test. Your clinic is able to amend the information and re-issue a new HealthCerts with the correct information for you.
