FAQ for Travelers

I received an email for my HealthCerts with 2 QR Codes and attachments, what should I do?
  • In our email, you will notice that we have provided a notarized version and pre-notarized version of your HealthCerts. At the relevant Singapore border controls, you are required to present the QR code to verify that you have fulfilled the Pre-Departure Test requirements.
  • To do so, you can either present the notarized version of your QR code in your email or present a copy of your HealthCerts, which should also have a QR code embedded within.
  • Should you be required to print a copy of your HealthCerts, we have provided you with a link to Verify.gov.sg for you to view and print it. Do note that some countries may require you to present a hardcopy of your HealthCerts, so it will be advisable to print one.
  • Some countries may also require you to have a hardcopy of your pre-notarized HealthCerts, so it will be advisable to print one as well. We have provided you with a link in our email to Opencerts.io for you to view and print it as well.
  • Please consult the relevant authorities to obtain the latest information on travel requirements.
