I received an email for my HealthCerts with attachments, what should I do?
  • You should receive your notarized HealthCerts in your email in the form of a QR code, link, and attachments.
  • For Singapore HealthCerts, you should receive HealthCerts which has been notarized. You can check the validity of your HealthCerts by uploading the notarized .oa file to verify.gov.sg.
  • Scan the QR code or click the link to access your HealthCerts, and print a copy if you are required to.
  • Present the QR code to allow the relevant authorities to verify that you have fulfilled the COVID-19 test requirements.
  • Please consult the relevant authorities to obtain the latest information on COVID-19 test requirements.
I am unable to open the .oa files in the email with my HealthCerts, what should I do?
  • You do not need to open .oa files in your email. Simply click on the link or scan the respective QR code in our email to view a digital copy of your HealthCerts and print a copy if you need to.
  • You should only be required to present the QR code of your HealthCerts. For Singapore HealthCerts, you should present the notarized QR code provided.
I received a notification for Singapore Pre-notarized HealthCerts, what should I do?
  • You do not need to open .oa files in your email and we are still attempting to notarize your HealthCerts.
  • Once the notarized HealthCerts become available, we will send it to your email.
  • Click the link or scan the QR code in our email to view your pre-notarized HealthCerts to check the details in your HealthCerts.
  • You can print a copy or download a PDF copy if you need to.
I need a hard copy of my HealthCerts, what should I do?
  • Once your HealthCerts is ready, you should have received an email from us.

  • Simply click on the link to view a digital copy of your HealthCerts and print it.
 My HealthCerts is showing incorrect information, What should I do?
  • Please contact the clinic or testing facility that had performed your COVID-19 Test. Your clinic or testing facility can amend the information and re-issue a new HealthCerts with the correct information to you.
My clinic has informed me that they have sent my HealthCerts to my email, but I am not seeing it in my email inbox, what should I do?
  • Check if the email has been routed to your spam or junk folder.
  • If you still do not see the email, please contact the clinic that had performed your COVID-19 Test to check if they are using your correct email.
  • If you are still not receiving the email, please write to us at [email protected] or call +65 6966 2301. We endeavor to respond to you as soon as we can.
I am unable to view the notarized copy of my Singapore HealthCerts, what should I do?
  • Please contact [email protected] to obtain assistance on viewing the notarized copy of your HealthCerts.
  • In the meantime, you can scan the QR code or click the link in your email to view the pre-notarized HealthCerts, and print a hard copy if you need to.
How do I get a copy of my vaccination HealthCerts?
  • Knowledge Catalyst currently issues Pre-Departure Test HealthCerts only.
  • We do not issue vaccination HealthCerts. Kindly head over to notarise.gov.sg and follow the steps listed on this page to obtain your notarized vaccination HealthCerts. If you encounter any issues, please contact [email protected].
Why do I need to notarize my Singapore HealthCerts?
  • All HealthCerts in Singapore are required to be notarized to ensure that they are digitally authenticated and endorsed by the Ministry of Health. This is to ensure that the certificate is issued by an approved clinic or lab, and that it has not been tampered with.
